Privacy notice

This covers NextPoint Technology's free domain and email security check.

What we store

• The domain you checked and the results, so your shareable report link works.
• A scrambled, one-way fingerprint of your internet address. We use it to enforce the one-free-check limit and to stop abuse. We don't store your actual IP address.
• If you ask for the full report: your email address, which report it was for, and whether you clicked the link.
• If you subscribe to monitoring: your email, plan and the domains you asked us to watch. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your information.
• We don't put tracking pixels in our emails.
• We don't add you to a newsletter. You only get the report you asked for, plus monitoring alerts if you subscribe.

Services we use

Supabase (database), Resend (sending email), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Google Analytics (anonymous visit statistics, which uses cookies; your IP address is anonymized and we never send it the domains you check or your email address). DNS lookups go through Cloudflare and Google public DNS.

Report links

Anyone with a report link can see its summary. Reports are hidden from search engines. To have a report or your email removed, contact us through nextpointtechnology.com.
